Ongoing Research

Increased availability of digitised records has transformed searching and revealed information unlikely to have been found by any other method. The release of the 1911 census has given the chance to find where ancestors were and what they were doing. The number of newspapers which are digitised and searchable on line has helped to bring real interest to the basic facts of birth, marriage, death and census records.
New information fills gaps – but it also begs new questions and so the search goes on.
By adding some notes of what I am researching, I hope to make contact with other links in the Sim family.

These problems are the really tough ones so I may be hunting for answers for some time. If you think you know anything about these people or topics I would happy to hear from you.
